Overview
The Global Mobility Specialist will partner closely with Recruiting, Immigration, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, Tax and others to ensure a seamless experience for our global hires. The person in this hands-on role will be an integral team member supporting our Director of Recruitment Operations as part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team.

Qualifications
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 applicable professional experience in relocation, global mobility, or an immigration role, preferred.
- Additional Skills (required):
- Knowledge of global mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies.
- Experience operating in a collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized, professional and responsive; client focused.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross-functional and cross-vendor teams.
- Additional Skills (preferred):
- Experience in developing methods to automate manual processes.
- Advanced user of MS Excel, Monday.com, Service Now, or other HR-centric systems.
- Ability to think through end-to-end solutions to improve the processes through the mobility lifecycle.
- Skilled at handling complex, ambiguous situations exercising judgement and critical thinking skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work self-sufficiently and take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively with data, analyze and present insights, develop and deliver presentations of key results.
- GMS, CRP, PHR, or SPHR designation.
