Summary:
Person reports to the Director of Treasury Operations. This position responsible for the design management, implementation, and maintenance of Financial Systems applications and related software resulting in a fully integrated and automated Financial Systems Information System (FSIS). Establishes policies, procedures, and conceptual frameworks for application upgrades and timelines, educational opportunities, software development lifecycle, and subject matter expert user and steering committee groups. FSIS includes, but is not limited to Infor S3 Finance and Payroll, Infor Workforce Management, and Perceptive Document Management.
Responsibilities:
1.Oversees the functions of the Application Analysts, Financial Systems Analysts and Support Specialists in the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of FSIS. 2.Serves as System Administrator for Imagenow (document imaging software), Infor Workforce Management (time keeping/scheduling system, and MHC (Electronic payroll voucher software).This position provides primary support for troubleshooting issues, developing system enhancements and an insuring integrity of interfaces to other applications.Responsible for the design, build, testing and implementation of automated workflow solutions in Imagenow, Infor, Strata and MHC applications. 3.Serves as primary liaison on organizational steering committees and in relationships and negotiations with third party vendors of software of services utilized by Fiscal Services, or as otherwise required. 4.Providers leadership in reporting, planning, analysis, and decision support within core FSIS applications: Infor Lawson, Perceptive Content, and Infor Workforce Management. 5.Collaboratively works with departmental leaders and operational owners during vendor selection and continuous improvement opportunities. 6.Develops framework for determination of application upgrade cycles, including evaluation, design, development, training, and testing. 7.Develops subject matter expert user groups and forums and is responsible for communication mechanisms of net new functionality or modifications to existing functionality. 8.Responsible for continually assessing emerging software and services to further automate core Fiscal Services functions and identify cost saving or revenue generating opportunities. 9.Ensures compliance with organizational policy and procedures, updating policies as material changes occur. 10.Ensures professional growth of FSIS staff through seminars, workshops, user conferences, and other developmental opportunities. |
