| 1.Restocks supply areas according to established par levels.Fills departmental requisitions. 2.Drives hospital vehicle to off-site departments for the purpose of delivering supplies, transporting lab specimens and making bank deposits (as needed). 3.Document charge codes, descriptions and quantities on requisitions when filling orders. 4.Check supplies for expiration dates to participate in ongoing performance improvement. 5.Assist with receiving freight. 6.Keeps manager aware of low stock and out of stock conditions. 7.Maintains vehicle by scheduling routine maintenance appointments, checking all engine fluid levels when purchasing fuel and keeping vehicle clean inside and out as needed to present a positive community image. 8.Assist in physical inventory count semi-annually. 9.Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) that support patient satisfaction and principles of service excellence 10.Performs additional duties as assigned. |
