What You'll Do

Summary:

The WFM Support Associate III reports to the Director of Food & Nutrition and provides accurate, timely, quality data. Has working knowledge of excel and is able to utilize related applications and databases. Provides timely reports to the Food & Nutrition leadership team, providing drill down capability for follow-up and performance improvement. Creates and implements spreadsheet databases for patient services as needed related to patient feedback. Supports the team workflows by assisting with tasks.


Responsibilities:

1. Effectively demonstrates standards of performance (Ownership, Teamwork, Communication, and Compassion). 2. Effectively demonstrates the principles of service and operational excellence that support achievement of all pillar goals (Service, People, Quality, Growth, and Finance). 3. Demonstrates proficiency in providing accurate, timely, quality reviews and data reports with a working knowledge of excel and regulatory compliance-related databases. 4. Provides daily timely labor reports to Leadership team, explaining call outs, missed punches, paid meal breaks, overtime reports, and short meal breaks. 5. Creates schedules for each area of our department based on effective communication regarding the needs of each manager 6. Manages all Food & Nutrition staffing schedules in WFM. 7. Assists in maintaining accurate timesheets for all areas of the department. 8. Creates daily lineups for all areas based on each schedule. 9. Supports continuous survey readiness activities organization-wide for Accreditation. 10. Supports patient rounding as required from Patient Experience Manager 11. Responsible for duties related to Accreditation/regulatory environment of care, or other assigned projects. 12. Demonstrates accountability by participating in education, training, and/or advocacy efforts. 13. Applies sound judgment in managing assignments, problem-solving, and communicating. Requires minimal to no oversight to complete responsibilities in a timely and thorough manner. 14. Maintains the ability to perform the other job duties associated with the position as assigned.

1. Education: High school diploma required with preference for some advanced education at technical or secretarial school. 2. Licensure / Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Must possess clerical and customer service skills to include basic computer operation, filing, and office procedures. Must possess relevant experience for independent functioning with minimal direction necessary.
