Works under the direct supervision of the Manager. Performs administrative support to the Manager while generating statistics, maintaining files and performing other secretarial duties as well as performing clerical duties associated with scheduling, registration, order entry, and preparing/maintaining PHP patient records. Is also responsible for completing various other department specific tasks to assist with optimal department safety and functioning.

1. Performs, processes and types all paperwork for department 2. Maintains and frequently reviews record keeping and filing systems. Ensures retrieval and confidentiality of data required. 3. 1. Education: High school diploma with some advanced education at technical or secretarial school. Two years of college preferred 2. Licensure / Certifications: N/A 3. Minimum of two years experience in administrative duties including dictation, databases and spreadsheet At least one year assisting in a clinical or technical fashion. Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) that support patient satisfaction and principles of service excellence. Performs other duties as assigned.
